Part-Time Customer Services Administrator

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
1. General office administration
2. Processing orders and managing invoicing
3. Handling customer queries and complaints directly via phone or email
4. Building strong relationships with suppliers
5. Coordinating with the workshop for customer order dispatch and communication
6. Banking tasks as required
7. Supporting the wider team with workloads when needed
8. Acting as a point of contact for suppliers in the absence of the Operations Director
Skills and experience required:
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
10. A proactive, problem-solving mindset
11. Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and care
12. Experience in administration
Our client is based on the outskirts of Malvern and it is essential that the successful candidate has their own transport.
Hours / days are flexible. Salary - c£27 / £28k pro rata
