Principal Building Inspector
Location – Manchester
Salary – Up to £75,000 (DOE)

Our Role
We are looking for a Principal Building Inspector to join our Commercial team to assist in covering in and around the Manchester area. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.
You will need
* BSR registration of Class 2F, plan checking and site inspection (as a minimum)
* Previous in-house or external building control experience
* Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
* Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
* Current valid driving licence
You will receive
* Up to £75,000 (depending on experience)
