About the Role
You’ll be supporting qualified staff in creating a fun, engaging and safe environment where children feel secure, valued and confident.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the care and supervision of children aged 0–5
- Supporting play-based learning and daily activities
- Helping create a safe, clean, and organised environment
- Encouraging children’s curiosity, creativity and independence
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and your team
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A positive, reliable and adaptable attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within early years
- No qualification required – full support provided
