The Opportunity
You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and business strategy, delivering innovative, high-performance systems that make a measurable difference. Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of technical products and end-to-end delivery.
* Partnering with business users to understand true needs beyond the written requirements.
* Challenging existing systems and processes to drive innovation and performance.
* Staying ahead of technology trends and bringing new ideas to the table.
* Writing clean, maintainable, production-grade code and delivering solutions that scale.
What We’re Looking For
* Exceptional programming ability in C#/.NET, or other OO languages such as Java or Python.
* Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with Azure or AWS.
* A problem-solver with intellectual curiosity, creativity, and commercial awareness.
* Confident communicator - able to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-driven, and accountable.
* Minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science (or closely related field) from a Russell Group University - this is a strict requirement.
* Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
