Shifts: Full time - 40 hrs per week - hours worked between 07:00 and 23:00

Key Responsibilities
* At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals
* Educate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience
* Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified to ensure good customer outcomes
What You'll Do
* In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services
* You’ll manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings
* Support customers and maintain relationships within your department to support the wider aims of the business
* Resolve complaints and errors quickly and ensure the customer relationship is fully restored
* Ensure each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met
The Skills You'll Need
* Experience of working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet performance measures and customer needs
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Background of working within a regulatory environment
* Good technology skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office
* A customer focused attitude
