You’ll ensure our beautifully restored Regency rectory and companion houses are maintained to an impeccable standard, creating comfort, serenity and a warm welcome the moment guests arrive. Key Responsibilities Prepare guest bedrooms to an exceptional standard, including bed-making and linen changes Thoroughly clean, sanitise and restock bathrooms, ensuring towels and amenities are refreshed Vacuum, mop and maintain flooring to consistently high standards throughout the residences Dust and clean furniture, touchpoints, staircases, corridors and guest circulation areas Maintain shared/public areas, including unique spaces such as the cinema room Keep connected outdoor areas tidy, clean and guest-ready Report maintenance or housekeeping concerns promptly Respond warmly and professionally to guest enquiries, supporting a seamless stay What we can offer A positive workplace environment with opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
