Due to vast growth, we're excited to expand the Internal Recruitment team The Internal Recruitment Consultant is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent across The Edwin Group, all while factoring in the long-term goals of our organisation and promoting our company values. This is an integral role, ensuring we are recruiting talented individuals across our 7 businesses throughout the UK. The role: Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Managing candidate journey from qualification to offer stage Use of job boards and social media platforms to engage new talent Creating and posting new job advertisements Application and CV Screening Telephone pre-screening interviews Meeting daily and weekly KPI’s General admin and system use Job requirements/knowledge and experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or as a 360 Recruitment Consultant Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (desirable) Knowledge of education recruitment market (desirable) What we offer: Generous commission on top of basic salary Company/team performance incentives throughout the year.
