18.75 hours until August 2026 to cover maternity leave

Do you have a passion for wound care/tissue viability ? We are looking for someone with passion and vision, who also thrives on working as a part of a team. A Registered Nurse qualification alongside relevant experience in tissue viability are essential for this role. Previous experience of teaching and working in a community setting are an advantage along with the enthusiasm and the ability to work independently.

Essential criteria

1. First Level Registration
2. BSc/diploma mewn Hyfywedd Meinwe.

Desirable criteria

3. BSc in adult nursing

Experience

Essential criteria

4. Post registration experience in relevant clinical field
5. Specialist expertise in defined clinical area

Aptititudes and Abilities

Essential criteria

6. Proven clinical assessment skills
7. Patient and risk factor screening skills in specialist area
8. Clinically competent in Tissue Viability practice
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Able to demonstrate high level of professional autonomy
11. Ability to facilitate change within defined clinical area
12. Patient advocacy skills

13. Welsh Speaker (Level 1)
