Nottingham Trent House (95002), United Kingdom, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Aggregator Operations Analyst
About this role
Price comparison websites (known as aggregators) play a growing role in helping consumers access credit.
We are passionate about the credit card products we offer and aim to reach as many new customers as possible, and that’s where you come in.
You will manage the commercial and operational relationships with aggregators and leverage these channels to support our customer-centric mission at scale.
Ideal candidates are driven, resilient, creative, and analytical. More than anything, they see themselves as the CEO of their marketing channels.
What you’ll do
* Understand all aspects of the aggregators — from partnership mechanics, website and channel performance, to developing long-term improvements to controls and capabilities.
* Collaborate with aggregators to develop joint roadmaps and strengthen business relationships through regular meetings and reviews.
* Negotiate contract amendments and variations with our Supplier Management Office.
* Handle operational tasks such as invoicing, issue resolution, and business reviews, utilizing SQL in line with our control frameworks.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in managing marketing channels, third-party relationships, and operational tasks like invoicing and contract negotiations.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
* A desire to work within and contribute to a high-performing team.
* Experience in a regulated environment (preferred).
* Knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages and experience working with large databases.
We are committed to diversity and inclusion, encouraging applications from women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and ethnic minorities.
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent role based in Nottingham or London, with a hybrid working model allowing for flexible work arrangements.
Employees typically work from the office three days a week, with travel between Nottingham and London encouraged.
Flexible working arrangements are available to suit individual needs.
What’s in it for you
* Contribute to a transformative organization with a clear roadmap.
* Opportunities for career progression through our Capital One University training programs and external providers.
* Access to core benefits including pension, bonus, generous holidays, and private medical insurance, with additional flexible benefits.
* Modern, inspiring workspaces with amenities like gyms, restaurants, and relaxation rooms in Nottingham, and rooftop running tracks and cafés in London.
