University IT Services
Our IT (Information Technology) Services support the delivery of this strategy by providing high‑quality technology, solutions, and services to the web presence, corporate, learning and teaching, and research operations of the University. We have a proven record in responding to customer needs using innovative and evolving technologies.
Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Application Management and Support Team within the Development and Delivery area of IT Services. This senior role offers a tremendous personal development opportunity as you assist customers to realise the benefits of digital technology, ensure continuous improvements by leading the operations of the function, and work with the latest leading‑edge technology to support our cloud project. This is a full‑time, permanent post.

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
