We are looking for a Mobile, Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Building Services team in London.
Responsibilities
* Day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment
* Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
* Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
* To be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract.
* To assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work
* When required, conduct reactive and Extra Work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with HASAWA legislation and Our Way of Working
Qualifications
* A Technical Background, either Mechanically or Electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
* Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment
* Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar
* Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
