About the Role:
BlackRock is seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to senior members of the RQA (Risk & Quantitative Analysis) team and their respective departments. This is a temporary position, crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operations of a key executive function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily administrative support to senior members of RQA and their teams in an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive manner.
* Manage a range of duties including answering calls, comprehensive diary management, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements.
* Process and manage expense claims accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff within RQA in London to ensure continuous team coverage across the department.
* Organise and prepare packs for key meetings as required, working with stakeholders to ensure attendance and manage room bookings, refreshments, and other logistical details.
* Plan and execute networking and team-building events to foster team culture and morale.
