We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a motivated and flexible teacher to join our pastoral team at Meadow Park School as the Head of one of our Houses. The Head of House will lead a section of the school, ensuring students achieve their full potential and reflecting the school's vision, values and ethos.
Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is a growing organisation with eight schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. Meadow Park School provides a "World Class" education and was recently inspected by Ofsted and graded "Good" for Attitude to Learning, Personal Development and Leadership (November 2023).
Key Responsibilities
The role is both strategic and operational. Working closely with the Deputy Heads of House, you will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the House and future planning.
