We are seeking to appoint casual Residential Child Care Workers to cover shifts in our Residential Children’s Homes located in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford, and Northwich.
Cheshire West and Chester’s Residential Service aims to meet the needs of its most vulnerable children and maximize their life chances to enable them to achieve their full potential and positive outcomes.

Candidates should hold a Level Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and have experience supporting vulnerable children and young people, along with supervisory skills. We will provide training and support to develop your skills further. You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
