About the role - The Customer Engagement Executive will take the lead in driving customer satisfaction, retention and engagement. Working across marketing, digital and events, you'll deliver targeted campaigns, connect proactively with customer and use insight to improve the customer experience. This is a hands on role where your efforts directly boost loyalty, strengthen relationships and support sustainable growth, making a real impact across the organisation's customer community. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage sign ups and ongoing engagement. Identify and connect with customers showing low engagement, providing support and guidance to enhance retention. Collaborate with marketing, digital and events teams to deliver targeted campaigns and engaging customer communications. Use data and insight to monitor engagement, track trends and inform improvement initiatives. Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records and support the CRM and digital engagement tools. Report on customer engagement, growth and retention, providing actionable insights to support strategy. Represent the organisation at events and work with external partners to strengthen customer relationships. Skills & Experience: Experience engaging with customers, building relationships and converting interest into registered users. Confident communicator, able to clearly explain value and provide an exceptional customer experience. Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve goals. Skilled in using data and insight to improve engagement and measure impact. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital tools and systems. Highly organised, proactive, adaptable and customer focused, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
