Inclusion IQ is supporting our multi-award-winning client as they expand their service to international clients. They are seeking a Transport Administrator to support their NI desk.
This successful organization has been operational for over 50 years, with a forecasted turnover of over £40 million this year. The Role
The Sales Administrator will ensure smooth sales operations and deliver exceptional customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback, providing professional resolution.
* Engage with clients to understand their requirements and assist throughout the sales process.
* Support the Commercial Department with detailed costing exercises for new and existing business.
* Accurately execute administrative duties, update customer databases, and maintain records.
* Identify potential business opportunities and leads through analysis.
* Assist with departmental activities as needed.
Essential Criteria:
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
* Experience in sales or administrative/office environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
* Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
* Professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
