Job Description
3. Process payroll accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
4. Manage payroll queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
5. Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records for employees.
6. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless financial reporting.
7. Support the preparation and submission of payroll-related tax and statutory filings.
8. Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legal obligations and company policies.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement within payroll operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll professional should have:
10. Proven experience in payroll processing within a Professional Services environment.
11. Strong understanding of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. Proficiency in payroll software and related tools.
14. Ability to work effectively as part of an Accounting & Finance team.
15. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
16. 2/3 days work per week.
