Essential Requirements for Application
We are seeking candidates who meet the following strict criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of six months' paid experience working with Primary-aged children in a UK school setting, OR relevant volunteering experience and qualifications.
* Flexibility: Must be flexible and available for various types of work, including long-term, full-time, and day-to-day assignments.
Compliance:
* Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is mandatory.
* Full eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher and pupils across different year groups. Your duties will include:
* Providing essential one-to-one and small group support for pupil learning.
* Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation and general administration.
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where necessary.
* Supervising children during non-contact times, such as lunch and play.
