Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing value across various components and processes within all Triumph model platforms. Key techniques include design optimisation, re-sourcing, and supplier negotiations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the business to identify and implement Value Engineering initiatives in Powertrain, Chassis, and Electrical components.
Responsibilities
* Engage with international suppliers, potentially involving travel, requiring strong technical judgment and collaborative problem-solving skills.
* Mentor less experienced colleagues and promote best practices within the team.
