Job Description
* Progressing lettings from enquiry stage through to completion you will be required to conduct viewings.
* You will be responsible for all property maintenance (dealing with repairs/maintenance, renewal of safety certificates/licences, routine property inspections, tenant checkouts
* General business administration)
* Being a point of contact for clients via telephone, email and face-to-face
* Lettings accounts

Hours & Salary
A full-time permanent position working out of our office in our Huddersfield office. You will be required to work five days a week with some Saturday's. We are able to offer some flexibility on the rota where necessary. We also require a degree of flexibility to provide additional cover when required. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Essential Criteria
* PREVIOUS LETTING NEGOTIATOR/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
* Your own car
* Full UK driving licence
* English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above
* Computer literate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Person Specification
* A "can do" attitude
* Well presented
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (we love a good sense of humour)
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team
* Self-motivated
* Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company's reputation
