Mechanical Assembly & Rework Technician

What you’ll be doing:
* Carrying out mechanical assembly, rework, and component fitting
* Performing detailed inspections and functional testing of parts and assemblies
* Following SOPs, technical drawings, and quality procedures to ensure high standards
* Identifying faults and supporting repair and overhaul activities
* Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process
* Working closely with the team to support continuous improvement
About you:
* Experience in mechanical assembly, inspection, testing, or rework within a manufacturing or MRO environment
* Ability to follow technical drawings, SOPs, and quality standards
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop their skills
* A team player who is happy to share ideas and contribute to improvements
Working hours & salary:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00 Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
37 hour week with flexi time
Salary: £30,940.04
