Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day relationships with general cargo customers
2. Support customer onboarding and coordinate requirements internally
3. Identify service improvements and upsell opportunities
4. Support proposals, tenders and commercial presentations
5. Contribute to sales pipeline activity, forecasting and reporting
6. Attend industry events and gather market intelligence
7. Maintain accurate CRM records and performance data
About You
8. Experience in account management or business development
9. Background in logistics, supply chain or ports (desirable)
10. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
11. Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused
12. Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
13. Full UK driving licence
