Who we're looking for
* A qualified English Teacher with QTS (or on track to achieve QTS by September)
* A degree in English, English Literature, English Language, or a related discipline
* A confident, engaging classroom practitioner with a talent for inspiring young people
* Strong subject knowledge across literature, language, and creative writing
* A commitment to raising attainment and fostering a genuine love of reading and writing
* Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
