Senior HR Advisor to support a Head of HR with full HR & ER services in Winchester, Hampshire Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to join a friendly and busy HR function supporting a complex sector working in the Hampshire area. Working with the Head of HR, you will be providing an HR specialist service to sites. Key activities will include Working with a variety of employer relations case work across the sites :- e.g. Sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, performance, safeguarding, investigations, Informal dispute resolution – a proactive approach to resolving before formal processes. Coaching managers to handle ER case work Proactively move cases along and take ownership HR Projects Sickness Absence Policy needs modernising looking to implement the Bradford Factor and implement using the HR System. Employee Engagement Project – Planning a survey in November – selecting providers of surveys, support with preparation of HR data/info and communications plan Learning Modules – Bit Sized Learning to support managers with training on ER Cases – Investigations / Grievances / Conflict. Candidates Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor.
