Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for providing essential administrative support to the sales function and acting as a primary point of contact for customers. The Sales Administrator is critical in maintaining efficient sales operations, ensuring seamless order processing, and fostering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth communication with warehousing and logistics teams.
* Provide exceptional day-to-day customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and handling complaint resolution to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and update accurate customer records and detailed administrative data related to sales and transactions.
* Handle general administrative duties to support the sales team and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams (finance, sales, operations) to ensure a smooth, end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications and experience

Requirements

* Legal Right to Work: Must possess a valid Work Permit/Visa granting the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom. Please Note: We do not currently have a policy for visa sponsorship.
* Customer Focus: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with full professional fluency in English.
* Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
* Organisational Skills: Strong time management, organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.

Highly Desirable (Will be considered a special advantage)

* Prior professional experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
* Prior experience in finance or handling detailed financial data.
