Duties and responsibilities related to the Painter & Decorator role ·Complete painting and decorating projects with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality ·Carry out regular maintenance and touch-up work to ensure the hotel's interior and exterior surfaces remain in excellent condition ·Coordinate with departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping to schedule projects with minimal disruption to operations and guest experience ·Maintain an organised inventory of paints, tools, and equipment, coordinating with Purchasing to reorder supplies as required ·Follow all safety regulations when working with paints, chemicals, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to maintain a safe working environment About You You have proven expertise in painting and decorating techniques, with a good understanding of general maintenance.
