Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing team of backend/frontend engineers

Manage day-to-day operations of the engineering team, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
Support your team’s growth through coaching, 1:1s, and performance feedback
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Help define and execute development processes, sprint planning, and QA workflows
Maintain a healthy balance between speed, quality, and technical debt
Ensure best practices in code quality, documentation, and DevOps integration
4+ years of experience in software engineering, with 1–2+ years in an engineering leadership or management role
~ Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), CI/CD workflows, and agile development
