**PERMANENT ROLE- JUST IN!** We are looking for a Team Leader to join our client's dynamic team in Worcester.
This is a permanent position in a state of the art warehouse. Fast paced where teamwork and efficiency are paramount!
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the stores/warehouse team to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
* Manage daily operations including staffing, training, materials availability, and system accuracy (IFS).
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
* Drive performance, continuous improvement, and effective resource management.
* Coordinate with internal teams and support audits and cross-site operations as required.
Shifts & Pay:
* Week 1- Thursday-Saturday
* Week 2- Monday to Wednesday, then seven days off.
* 7am-7:30pm
* £14.75 per hour
