Webinar Content Localization Manager (EMEA) | French & English Speaking
We're looking for a Webinar Content Manager to own the strategy, localization, production, and delivery of high-impact webinar programmes across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, marketing, stakeholder management, and live audience engagement. You'll play a pivotal role in transforming global thought leadership into compelling regional experiences, working alongside senior subject matter experts, digital teams, and production specialists to deliver webinars that inform, inspire, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape content experiences for audiences across one of the world's most diverse and dynamic regions. You'll work with recognised experts, influence strategic content programmes, and own the end-to-end webinar experience—from concept through to live delivery
The Offer:
- Competitive salary of £64,000
- Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week onsite at London office
- Role will start on an 8-month contract

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the localisation and optimisation of global webinar content for EMEA audiences
- Shape webinar narratives, messaging, and assets to ensure regional relevance and engagement
- Partner with digital and campaign teams to define webinar topics, audience priorities, and language requirements
- Build and enable a network of expert speakers, helping them deliver engaging and impactful presentations
- Conduct speaker coaching sessions, dry runs, and presentation reviews to ensure exceptional delivery
- Host live webinars in English and German, facilitating discussions, managing audience interactions, and maintaining engagement throughout
- Collaborate closely with technical production teams to ensure seamless execution of live events
- Manage translation and localization workflows across multiple languages and markets
- Create contingency plans and supporting content to confidently navigate live-event challenges
What We're Looking for:
- Proven experience in webinar content strategy, localization, and execution
- Native English speaker who is fluent in French
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or enterprise software environments.
- Experience hosting webinars and presenting confidently to professional audiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior subject matter experts.
- Strong understanding of content localization, regional audience engagement, and cultural adaptation.
- Experience working with webinar platforms, virtual event technologies, and live production teams
