Your Role

Join our dedicated team in Newcastle-under-Lyme, where you will empower individuals to lead meaningful, independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal care.
* Encouraging social inclusion and overall well-being.
* Fostering an environment of dignity and respect.

Are You the Right Fit?
What skills and qualities do you need?
We’re looking for candidates who have:
* Experience in Support Work, preferably in a Learning Disability setting.
* Basic IT and literacy skills; NVQ Level 2 is desirable but not essential.
* A passion for caring, enthusiasm, and a flexible approach to work.
* Patience and a non-judgmental attitude.
* Strong teamwork skills and plenty of energy!
* A valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
* Good communication skills and the ability to handle physical aspects of the role.
