We are working with a well-established commercial property business with a strong presence across East Anglia.
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to support its busy property team on a short-term basis, based in Norwich or Ipswich.
This role provides a hands-on opportunity to work across a diverse commercial property portfolio, delivering key property management tasks and supporting the team in maintaining and enhancing the estate.
This is a short-term, high-impact role, offering the chance to work closely with a successful and growing property team while gaining exposure to complex commercial property matters.
We are looking for a confident, proactive property professional with strong commercial judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.

Working Hours:

3. £60,000 per annum (pro rata for shorter term contract)

The role of a Commercial Property Manager will include:
7. Reporting to the Group Head of Property.
8. Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews
9. Liaising with external letting agents and tenants
10. Managing service charges alongside Facilities Management and Finance teams
11. Overseeing tenant requests, alienation applications, and property inspections
12. Supporting dilapidations and credit control processes
13. Contributing to other property projects as required by the Group Head of Property
Commercial Property Manager Requirements:
14. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property.
15. Lease Management experience.
16. Negotiation skills.
17. RICS qualification (MRICS).
18. Full UK driving licence.
19. Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
