A leading, FCA Authorised specialist brokerage is experiencing rapid growth and with an overflow of leads is looking for a highly motivated Mortgage Advisor to join their well-established team and play a key role in their future success.
The brokerage is also seeking a Trainee Mortgage Broker who is customer service oriented, has a high attention to detail with a genuine interest in finance and property.
SALARY: up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission (First Year OTE £60,000 - £80,000)

Working as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker you’ll specialise in delivering high-quality advice on mortgages and associated protection sales, primarily over the phone.
As the Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker you’ll work closely with clients who require bespoke services and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

For experienced candidates:
• Qualifications: CeMAP (or equivalent) is essential; CAS status is preferred
• Experience: Proven track record in mortgage sales
For trainees:
• Keenness: Genuine interest in finance and property
• Core Skills: Numerate, customer service orientated, personable, good written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Client Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and offer exceptional customer service
