Call Receipt Administrator – Lowry House, Salford Quays – 3‑month temporary position

Marlowe Fire & Security, a specialist business within the Marlowe Fire and Security Group, is looking to grow their team with the appointment of an experienced Customer Care Advisor.

* Basis salary up to £24,000 subject to experience

Our Call Receipt Administrator

You will be the first port of call for customersimm requiring support. In this role you will provide outstanding customer service and support to both customers and engineering teams.

* Answer customer calls and emails within contractual Service Level Agreements
* Log and respond to call‑outs received in the call‑receipt inbox quickly and efficiently
* Highlight any risks श्रृ delivery to the relevant department lead
* Review and respond to all customer queries
* Obtain Purchase Orders for new works and uplift requests
* Liaise with all internal teams to ensure an effective and satisfactory response to customers
* Submit customer reports, collect and log required documents
* Support ad‑hoc administration tasks as required
* Support the customer billing team with ad‑hoc administration tasks as required


Requirements

* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to workload
* Ability to work independently and learn quickly
* Excellent administration skills
* Customer focused with efficient resolution of queries
* Analytical approach
High degree of professionalism and resilience
* Experience manipulating data using Microsoftഞ്ജExcel and other suitable packages
* Strong organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a structured way
* Experience working on customer portals
