Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing communications agency delivering high-impact exhibitions across the UK and internationally. Known for creative execution and operational excellence, they are now looking for a talented and motivated Exhibition Project Manager to join their expanding team.
Agency and exhibition experience is essential for this role. This will also include international travel.
You’ll take ownership of large-scale exhibition projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring seamless execution, happy clients, and exceptional results. This is a hands-on, client-facing role within a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale exhibitions
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across production, design, and logistics
* Act as the main client contact, managing relationships and expectations
* Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
* Oversee on-site exhibition delivery and resolve issues in real time
* Source, brief, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
* Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support new business activity
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in event or exhibition project management
* Proven agency-side exhibition delivery experience (essential)
* Strong track record managing complex, multi-stream projects
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Good knowledge of exhibition production elements (AV, lighting, rigging, build)
* Client-first mindset with a passion for delivering standout event experiences
* Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
