A dynamic real estate investment and asset management platform is hiring an MRICS qualified Asset Manager to join its London team. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and involvement across offices, industrial and living projects throughout the UK.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage UK commercial real estate assets, monitoring performance and driving value.
* Oversee lease events, tenant relationships, and third-party advisors.
* Support refurbishments, developments, acquisitions, and disposals.
* Deliver budgeting, reporting, and business plan analysis.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
* Ideally 2-3 years’ post qualified (MRICS)
* Experience from a real estate consultancy, investor, or asset manager
* A proven track record of managing assets across the UK real estate/property sector including London and across the regions
* Experience in property management/ leasing/ operations / building refurbishment is desirable
* Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a small, collaborative team.
