 
        
        Customer Service Advisor
Location: Warrington, WA4
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30, plus one Saturday every three weeks, 09:00-16:00.
Pay Rate: £12.66 per hour; £15.00 per hour for Saturday work. Start Date: 03/11/2025. Contract Length: Temporary ongoing, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
The Role
You’ll handle customer claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working in a team, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
 * Handle incoming customer calls and register new claims.
 * Arrange bookings, collections, and courtesy car allocations.
 * Maintain accurate records and manage customer queries.
 * Escalate any issues or complaints appropriately.
About You
 * Strong communication and organisational skills.
 * Confident and professional telephone manner.
 * Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
 * Computer literate and comfortable using databases.
Desirable
 * Experience in claims, motor insurance, or body shop environments.
 * Contact centre experience or knowledge of Advance Bodyshop System.
