Science Teacher – Darlington Secondary School
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Science teacher for a Darlington secondary school. Full time position starting in January, contract until July 2026.
What you'll be teaching:
Science across KS3 and KS4. Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics required. Delivering engaging lessons, motivating students, and working collaboratively with the Science department. Standard teaching responsibilities plus contributing to a supportive team environment.
You need:
* QTS (or equivalent)
* Solid Science subject knowledge across the disciplines
* Ability to deliver high quality lessons
* Good classroom management and communication skills
* Energy and commitment to student progress
Contract: Full time, temporary until July 2026 (potential for extension)
Start: January 2026
