We are the UKI Service Provider Account team, working with BT. You will be part of the Infrastructure team focused on selling the Service Provider Networks Franchise to BT in the UK. We seek a forward-thinking individual to own and nurture relationships while developing and executing sales strategies. Your Impact
In this role, you will focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business solutions. Working closely with Cisco Business Units and Services teams, you will develop and close new business opportunities, particularly in SP Cloud, AI, Security, and Networking portfolios. Building strong partner relationships will be key to driving mutual growth. You will also be responsible for delivering accurate business metrics, including forecasts, commitments, and pipeline reports. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as you respond to market and customer changes that may impact revenue targets.
Minimum Qualifications
* Extensive sales experience, preferably in Telecom, with exposure to SP Cloud, AI, Security, and Networking solutions.
* Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to team success.
* Knowledge of processes with large Service Provider clients, including demand generation, forecasting, and opportunity management.
* Ability to articulate and position technology solutions and develop trusted customer relationships.
* Negotiation skills to craft mutually beneficial solutions.
* Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and business drivers.
* Experience selling complex deals to enterprise or Service Provider customers.
* Experience building trusted relationships up to the C-suite.
* Ability to align customer needs with innovative technology solutions.
* Business and financial acumen to identify opportunities.
* Positive, resilient attitude and adaptability.
* Collaborative approach and ability to meet customers where they are.
