Are you passionate about the property & real estate sector and ready to take your broking career to the next level?We're working with a leading insurance broker looking for a Property-focused Account Executive to join their specialist team.If you thrive on building long-term relationships, understand the complexities of property portfolios, and know how to tailor insurance solutions that deliver real value - this could be your perfect next step.What you'll be doing:
* Managing a portfolio of property clients - including landlords, developers, managing agents, and real estate investors
* Advising on tailored insurance programmes across commercial and residential property
* Developing new client relationships and handling renewals and mid-term reviews
* Working closely with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on risk management and insurance strategy
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in commercial insurance, ideally with a focus on property/real estate risks
* A strong understanding of the UK property insurance market
* A confident communicator with a consultative approach
* Ability to manage complex accounts and deliver a high standard of service
* Cert CII or above preferred
