Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Supervise and support a team of conveyancers and fee earners
* Provide technical guidance and oversight on residential conveyancing files
* Ensure compliance, quality control and service standards are maintained
* Assist with training, mentoring and performance development
* Manage a reduced personal caseload of residential property matters
The role is ideal for a technically strong conveyancing lawyer who enjoys leadership and mentoring, while still maintaining involvement in transactional work.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
* Strong background in residential conveyancing
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
* Confident managing performance, workflow and compliance
* Comfortable working within a tech-enabled, process-driven environment
* Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
