Teaching Personnel is working closely with a well-regarded SEMH school in Carshalton, who are seeking a Primary Lead Teacher to join their team from January.

* Full‑time Primary Lead Teacher position
* Leading and supporting a small team of primary‑phase staff
* Overseeing curriculum delivery, planning, and classroom practice
* Working closely with SENCO, pastoral leads, and therapists
* Long‑term role with potential for permanent progression
* Small class sizes with high levels of support
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Primary trained
✔️ Experience working with SEMH, behavioural needs, or alternative provision
✔️ Strong leadership capability and confident classroom management
✔️ A nurturing, patient, and trauma‑informed approach
✔️ Ability to implement tailored learning strategies and support plans
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
