The Communications Assistant supports in all aspects of the day‑to‑day operations and contributes to the implementation of Yoplait’s corporate internal and external PR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
 * Support in the implementation of external and internal communications campaigns and plans
 * Produce content in line with Yoplait corporate tone of voice
 * Develop and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and industry influencers
 * Create engaging press releases, social media content
 * Assist in organizing events including our company conference, trips, and media‑led activities
 * Monitor media coverage and analyse the impact of PR campaigns
 * Support the development of presentations
 * Be the first point of contact for other teams with their communications requirements and enquiries
 * Work collaboratively with our Global team, UK functions and agency partners
Position Criteria
 * University Degree in Communications, Media, PR or related field
 * 2–3 years’ experience in public relations (agency or in‑house)
 * Excellent organisational skills
 * Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
 * Well experienced and used to working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva
 * Good ability on social media platforms; specific focus on LinkedIn
 * Professional representation of the company image
 * Ability to build and maintain relationships and work well with others as part of a team
 * Have a good project management experience and be organised
 * Demonstrate your leadership ability and teamwork
 * Agility, can work with ambiguity, think intuitively about consumers, and offer innovation
 * Base salary: up to £33,000 p/a
