Executive Director of People and Culture – Executive Director of People and Culture at Leeds Trinity University, located in West Yorkshire. As we progress with our transformation programme, we seek an exceptional leader to join the Executive Team as Executive Director of People and Culture. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a university that is student-first, values-led, and people-powered.
Responsibilities
* Lead the People and Culture function, champion inclusion, performance, and engagement.
* Influence institutional strategy and lead key services (HR, OD, EDI).
* Embed wellbeing, equity, and leadership development across the organisation.
* Drive strategic change across the University and shape a progressive, compassionate culture.
* Collaborate with the Executive Team to support a social justice, sustainability, and people-powered transformation agenda.
Qualifications and experience
* Executive-level experience in complex organisations (ideally higher education).
* Track record of transformational change and culture development.
* Expertise across the HR lifecycle with a focus on inclusive leadership.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and team-building skills.
