Customer Service - Personal Banker (9 months)

Join us as a Customer Service Personal Banker in Grantham or Lincoln. This part‑time role, 29 hours per week, is for a period of nine months.
What you'll do
* You’ll be the first point of contact in our branches, guiding and supporting valued customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
* You’ll proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience.
* Instructions and support for completing general banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries and transfers.
* You will help customers understand different ways to bank with us and the range of services we can offer.
* Identify opportunities to help customers with simple financial products and collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless experience.

What else you need to know
Your working pattern: You’ll need to be flexible in terms of the hours you work, typically during branch opening hours which will be between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays, including some bank holidays.
