Our client has 2 exciting new opportunities within their Finance Team. Both roles have come about due to company growth, and our client is keen to recruit an experienced Invoicing Controller to join their dynamic and busy finance function. Working within a team of 8, the successful Invoicing Controller will be responsible for completing the following duties: Responsible for the processing and posting of sales invoices, ensuring all correct procedures are followed Allocation of payments to customer accounts Reconciliation of aged accounts Dealing with customer queries Maintenance of electronic filing systems Reconciliation of sales ledgers monthly Bank reconciliation & dealing with any factoring queries Analysing financial data Other duties as required by the finance department Essential Experience A minimum of 2 years working within a finance role IT proficient including MS software Ability to work within a team, as well as on own initiative Benefits Full-time, permanent role Hybrid working of 2-3 days per week, after an initial training period Flexible working options (8am-4pm, 9am- 5pm, 10-6pm etc) Starting salary of £32,500 per annum Private healthcare scheme 30 days holidays including stats Free onsite parking If you would like to be considered for this position, then please apply via the link provided.
