Job Description:
Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and deliver engineering projects to exacting standards of quality, cost, and schedule.
Contribute to bids and tenders, helping shape future workstreams and customer solutions.
Be part of a team delivering bespoke, low-volume, high-value engineering projects for defence and aerospace clients.
Own smaller-scale projects or packages, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
Monitor progress, identify issues early, and drive resolutions that keep projects on track.
Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
Champion continuous improvement across project delivery and operational processes.Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline.
Experience working within project teams in technical environments.
Shopfloor and office based - someone who is happy to get their hands dirty
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and commercial awareness.
Ideally working towards a professional qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, or chartered status).

Mon - Thurs - 8:00am - 4:30pm - 1pm Friday finish
Office Based - 5 days per week
