The role of Estate Technicianwill include:
1. Undertake basic repairs, grounds maintenance, caretaking and general cleaning, in accordance with agreed scheme specification
2. Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations, in
accordance with contract specifications and escalate complaints as appropriate
3. Use equipment and materials in a safe manner as instructed and in accordance with risk assessment and method statements and the manufacturer’s guidance
4. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks and ensure stock levels are maintained
Skills and experiences
5. British institute certificate in cleaning services (BICS), NVQ 2 in Horticulture or similar or willing to work towards
6. Pesticide Application Certificate PA1 – PA6 or willing to work towards
7. Working knowledge and experience of undertaking grounds maintenance, caretaking, general cleaning and basic repairs duties
8. Some practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
9. Basic communication skills for reading written instructions and updating records
10. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

21. Role salary is is £12,729 per annum (rising to £13,399 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time Salary for this role based on 40 hours per week is £25,459 per annum (rising to £26,799 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
