Overview
My client is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join its growing team in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in the full software development lifecycle – from initial design through to deployment – supporting the delivery of high-quality applications that drive business success.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop software solutions in line with business requirements.
* Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following coding standards.
* Test, troubleshoot, and implement updates to ensure system reliability.
* Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new features.
* Integrate software components and third-party applications.
* Design, deploy, and maintain SQL databases for optimal functionality and performance.
* Maintain and enhance the existing codebase to support evolving business needs.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
* Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and flexibility across frameworks.
* Proficiency in database systems, particularly MS SQL.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
* VB.NET, C#, WPF, MS SQL
