We are seeking a Housing Services and Operations Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team within Chesterfield. This pivotal role involves overseeing property management, staffing, budgeting, and service development, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and our Asset-Based Approach. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining safety standards, and enhancing service delivery through continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the workforce to deliver service excellence. Manage budgets, monitor income/expenditure, and ensure financial viability. Act as the site responsible person for health & safety and risk management. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and service contracts. Promote co-production with young people to shape service delivery. Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and agencies. Oversee documentation and GDPR compliance. Drive performance against KPIs and service improvement plans. What We're Looking For Level 4 qualification in Housing Management (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards Level 5. Proven experience in team leadership and service coordination. Strong understanding of safeguarding, housing legislation, and health & safety.
