Are you passionate about changing lives and supporting people into employment? We are seeking a motivated and dedicated CFO Hub Support Worker to manage and support a caseload of individuals with complex needs, helping them overcome barriers and progress into education, training, and sustainable employment.
In this dynamic role, you will work across community hubs and pop-up satellite locations, delivering engaging interventions, coordinating hub activities, and providing intensive, person-centred support. You will build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and local support services, while ensuring accurate data recording and achievement tracking.
What youll do:
Support participants to achieve employment, training, and education outcomes
Deliver hub-based and outreach activities and interventions
Manage complex caseloads with a strengths-based approach
Develop employer, education, and training links
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and data accuracy
What were looking for:
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs toward positive outcomes
Strong communication, organisation, and motivational skills
Ability to work independently in community settings
Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusion
ICT proficiency and Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent)
